Graduate Learning Support Assistant Roles - Full-Time, Term Time Only (Monday to Friday)

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
1. Support pupils with a range of additional needs including autism (from low to high support), PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), and speech/language communication differences
2. Help young people who may be at risk of exclusion, disengagement, or involvement with the youth justice system
3. Use neurodiversity-informed approaches to reduce anxiety, build routines, and scaffold communication and emotional regulation
4. Empower pupils to develop resilience, self-awareness, and healthy peer relationships
5. Be a consistent, trusted adult in a trauma-informed educational setting
This role is ideal if you're pursuing a career in:

* Prison, Court, or Community Rehabilitation Services
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Providing structured 1:1 and small group support to learners with SEN, SEMH, and autism spectrum conditions
2. Delivering behavioural and sensory regulation strategies tailored to individual neurocognitive profiles
3. Assisting with personalised learning plans that reflect emotional needs and academic goals
4. Supporting pupils in developing executive function, social reasoning, and life skills
5. Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to monitor progress and refine interventions
6. Participating in de-escalation and relational behaviour support (full training provided)
