Responsibilities: In the role of IT Engineer, I will expect you to: Deliver exceptional IT support and perform daily system maintenance to ensure seamless operations. Develop custom IT solutions using Laravel, PHP, Python, and C# .NET Core. Manage Active Directory, Windows Servers, Ubuntu Servers, SQL Server, MySQL, VMware, vSphere, Veeam Backups, Confluence Documentation, and Synology DSM. Provide support for Microsoft Office 365, demonstrating advanced expertise in Windows 10 and Windows 11. Work with Fortinet FortiOS, Certero, Axonius, Cisco Meraki Cloud, and common network protocols, tools, and CLIs. Handle software installation, network management, and configure devices such as switches, firewalls, laptops, desktops, printer servers, and Raspberry Pi devices. Support local and remote users via MS Teams and manage databases with system queries. Utilize tools like GitHub, Metabase, VS Code, Jira, and Azure Data Studio as well as working within the Atlassian Suite and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Configure Windows Server components, including IIS, Print Server, File Server, and Terminal Services. Work with Terminal CLI, SSH, Label Printers, and ZPL. Create BI reports and explore AI innovations for advanced system solutions.
