\nOur client is a well-respected defendant firm who is currently recruiting for qualified solicitors to join as either a Credit Hire Associate or Credit Hire Supervisor dependent on level of experience. These roles are to be based in either Manchester or Birmingham and hybrid working is available.

\nYour new role
\nAs a Credit Hire Associate, you will:
\n\n
\n\t
* Manage a personal caseload of litigated credit hire claims.
\n\t
* Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation.
\n\t
* Conduct negotiations and attend hearings where required.
\n\t
* Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear, strategic advice.
\n
\n\n
\nAs a Credit Hire Supervisor, you will::
\n\n
\n\t
* Supervise and mentor a team of litigators handling credit hire claims.
\n\t
* Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with best practices.
\n\t
* Monitor team performance and support professional development.
\n\t
* Handle a personal caseload of complex and high-value credit hire matters.
\n
