Key skills and experience include:
* Supporting engineering teams and mentoring developers
* Proficiency in CI/CD automation with GitLab and Jenkins
* Experience with Kubernetes in cloud-native environments
Additional valued skills include experience with shared developer platforms, monitoring and alerting practices, and a strategic mindset aligned with long-term engineering goals.
