Your new company Your new role Providing comprehensive, high‑level administrative and organisational support to the company's Chief Executive and two other Senior Directors of a fast‑paced construction company. This role ensures the effective management of the Chief Executive's schedule, facilitates smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders, and supports strategic business activities to enable effective leadership and operational delivery. Duties include: Manage and prioritise the Chief Executive's diary, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, papers, presentations, and briefings. Attend key meetings when required, taking confidential minutes and tracking actions. Proactively filter, prioritise, and respond to communications (email, calls, correspondence) on behalf of the Chief Executive.
