The role
At a glance, your role is to clean all areas of the hotel thoroughly, with the aim of enhancing the guests` experience by having excellent standards of cleanliness at all times.
Duties Include
* interacting politely with guests - greeting them, saying `thank you` and `goodbye`
* servicing bedrooms and all other areas of the hotel in line with our standard operating procedures
* completing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks, as required
* following correct procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
* monitoring cleaning supplies and notifying the manager when more are needed
* storing all laundry correctly and completing relevant documentation
* adhering to stock-control procedures and maintaining security of stock at all times
* reporting any security issues, safety hazards, accidents, incidents and/or maintenance issues to the manager on duty
* completing required induction, role-specific and ongoing refresher training and contributing to continuous improvement
