What you will do:
* Cold Calling: Call UK care home owners and operations managers to pitch CareNode.
* Cold Emailing: Run highly targeted, verified outbound email campaigns.
* Closing: Secure qualified sales calls and signed LOIs.
* Ownership: Proactively track metrics, report momentum, and optimize pitch.
Who you are:
* Completely results‑driven, measuring success by LOIs signed and calls booked.
* Highly proactive communicator who requires no constant updates.
* Proven experience in B2B cold calling and email outreach.
* Bonus: Experience selling to the UK market or the healthcare/care home sector.
