Job Title: Warehouse/Forklift Operative
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Letchworth GC
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am-5.30pm
Hourly Rate: £12.80 per hour
Our well-known and highly established client based in Letchworth are looking for experienced Warehouse/Forklift Operatives to join their team, on a Temp to Perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate with the correct experience and qualifications/licenses to grow within the Logistics, Warehousing, and Distribution sector.
Main duties as a Warehouse/Forklift Operative:
Forklift Operation
Stock rotation
Picking and Packing
Manual handling of stock (up to 25kg)
Pallett Wrapping
Goods in/out
Loading and unloading lorries
Maintaining Warehouse cleanliness, adhering to Health and Safety protocols What's needed as a Warehouse/Forklift Operative:
Counterbalance Forklift license and experience (essential)
Reach Truck and VNA Forklift license and experience (desirable but not essential)
Physically fit and ability to lift heavy stock
Ability to adapt quickly
Team player
