Programme Manager
Salary: £35k pro rata
Job Type: 6-month temporary contract

As Programme Coordinator at Spitfire Audio, your role is to ensure our programme of external product releases, internal initiatives are successful by ensuring the multiple product teams, departments and stakeholders are aligned. This is by coordinating and facilitating the communication, documentation release scheduling between these groups.
Currently Spitfire is running two programmes that this role will cover:
* Flagships & Libraries
* LABS
Primary tasks and objectives
* Own the cross-team milestones and dependencies, mapping and maintaining these as active roadmaps
* Balance resourcing of multiple disciplines across all projects with-in the business
* Support VP of Operations, Head of Product, Marketing Leads & Team Leads on setting and communicating meeting agendas, taking notes and action points, and communicating these
* Source of knowledge and authority on all deadlines, milestones, projects & resources - leveraging software to communicate this with the wider team
* Write fortnightly status updates across programmes, gathering information from team leads and communicating these clearly with wider team and stakeholders
* Own each programme’s risk register, find risk mitigation strategies and facilitate the mitigation actions
* Own record keeping of key documentation across programmes, included folder structures, specs, SMCs, ensuring all project documents are correctly stored and populated with the relevant information at the correct time
* Create cross team release plans and checklists, aligning product with the tech and marketing orgs
* Be reflective, analytical, facilitating the improvement of processes and practices across the programmes, finding and using an appropriate balance of methodologies (ie Agile, Waterfall, etc)
What we’re looking for
* At least 2 years of experience in a programme or project management role
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana
* A good understanding of technologies or industries relevant to Spitfire Audio
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders
