💼 Role Overview
As a valued member of a supportive SEN team, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with autism and other additional needs
Promote emotional wellbeing and help develop social communication skills
Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans
Use creative strategies to manage behaviour and encourage engagement👤 About You
We're looking for someone with:
Proven experience supporting children with autism in a school or care setting
A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping children thriveA relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Certificate) is advantageous, though strong experience is essential.
