What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Building and growing relationships with brokers, introducers, and property professionals Introducing conveyancing solutions to your existing network and sourcing new partners Actively winning new business through cold calling, appointments, and nationwide travel Managing existing relationships while consistently developing new opportunities Meeting clients face-to-face across the country Representing the business professionally within the property and legal sectors Working to clear business development targets with a strong focus on conversion Maintaining accurate records of activity and pipeline progression What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in business development or new business sales Background within estate agency, conveyancing, or wider property services Confident cold caller with the ability to open doors and secure meetings Strong relationship builder with brokers and introducers Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role Commercially aware with a results-focused mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills Full UK driving licence What's In It For You?
