The Role
This role provides technical expertise and functional support to the bp Business Functions. The applications specialist will support the key stakeholders while minimizing workarounds. This role is a key support position for our clients.

8. User Management analyst role
9. Execute, manage and monitor requests to add, change, delete user access
10. Monitor user management SLAs
11. Provide feedback on user definition to Segment team
12. Manage leaver/joiner process
13. Perform role mapping for future backbone releases
14. Ensure segregation of duties are followed
15. Ensure DOA aligns with role and duties
16. Act as liaison to trainers

Expected:
17. Experience in a similar role
