Role Overview: As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver well-planned, creative, and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all pupils. You will encourage curiosity, build confidence, and ensure every child achieves their best academically and personally. Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents, you will foster a caring and stimulating classroom environment where learning thrives. Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. Support pupils’ academic and emotional growth through differentiated teaching. Maintain an inclusive classroom where all learners feel valued. Assess and monitor progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Work effectively with teaching assistants and other staff to enhance learning outcomes. Requirements as a Primary Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is mandatory. Proven experience teaching in a UK Primary School. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. A passion for helping children reach their full potential. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any employment gaps.
