Hays are seeking a Maintenance Technician / Fabric / Handyperson to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out general maintenance tasks across the office block.
* Repair and maintain taps, siphons, drains, and tanks.
* Unblock toilets and drainage systems.
* Adjust and repair door closers and hinges.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in maintenance engineering.
* Plumbing skills essential.
* Ability to work independently and respond to urgent issues.
