Port Services Operative - Cairnryan (Ad-hoc)

Stena Line’s Port Operations Team plays a crucial role in this journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mooring, loading, and unloading vessels on arrival.
2. Transporting passengers and luggage to the vessels, and delivering unaccompanied freight by driving TUG Masters as required.
3. Baggage handling from terminal to ferry.
4. Assisting passengers onto the ferries.
5. Traffic marshalling of all car passengers for embarkation and disembarkation.
6. Housekeeping of port areas and other routine jobs as required.
What You Will Experience
As part of a successful Port Operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient mooring of vessels, ensuring they adhere to arrival and departure schedules. Your main focus will be assisting with the smooth transportation of passengers and vehicles, providing high standards of customer service to enhance their experience.
Who You Are
Your personality matters as much as your skills. You should be flexible, adaptable, reliable, proactive, and a team player who works well under pressure. You should also be open to training on new vehicles and skills as required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in port operational duties.
* Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
* A full clean driving license and experience driving large vehicles such as TUGS, HGV, or PCV.
