Key Responsibilities: Improve student attendance and punctuality through direct support and intervention. Build strong relationships with families and external agencies. Monitor attendance data and provide actionable insights. Coordinate attendance rewards and support off-site activities. What We’re Looking For: 2 years’ experience working with children and families. Strong understanding of safeguarding and attendance legislation. Excellent communication, data analysis, and IT skills (SIMS experience a plus). A proactive, empathetic, and resilient approach.
