Our client, a leading engineering and clean technology company in a rapidly growing global sector, is looking to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to join their team in Essex. The Role This is a customer-facing, technically focused sales role where you'll be engaging with both new and existing clients across global markets. You’ll split your time between the office and regular international travel, attending site visits, industry exhibitions, and delivering technical presentations. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and developing new sales opportunities Delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations Supporting the negotiation of contracts in line with commercial targets Liaising closely with internal teams (Commercial, Projects, Design, and Production) to ensure a smooth handover of new orders Collaborating on the creation and development of promotional materials, website content, and exhibition displays Supporting new product ideas or development initiatives in coordination with technical departments Representing the company at exhibitions, conferences, and customer sites globally The Candidate The ideal candidate will bring a solid blend of technical understanding and commercial acumen.
