As Assistant Spa Manager at Dunkeld House Hotel, you will oversee all operational and financial aspects of the spa, ensuring a consistently high standard of service for both guests and members. You will lead a team to deliver efficient, friendly, and personalised service while working closely with the Spa & Club Manager to implement sales and marketing activities. Key duties include conducting spa tours for prospective members and VIPs, deliver spa treatments, ensuring adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures, and delivering high-quality treatments. You will also manage team matters such as absence, appraisals, and performance, working with HR on recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end spa or leisure clubs, a qualification in Beauty Therapy (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent), and strong leadership, customer service, and time management skills. Familiarity with the Ishga skincare range and pool plant certifications would be advantageous. You’ll be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and engaging leader with a passion for spa excellence.
