Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of SEN students.
2. Support learners across a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional requirements.
3. Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain consistent support.
4. Create safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environments.
5. Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning and behavioural needs.
Essential Skills & Experience
6. QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
7. Experience working with SEN learners (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.).
8. Strong behaviour management and communication abilities.
9. Flexible, patient, and committed to high-quality teaching.
10. Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
