Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
* Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries promptly.
* Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Assist with food preparation as required, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
* Take customer orders in a high pace environment.
Skills
* Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly attitude.
* Social media knowledge is also advantageous, training will be provided in-house
