Senior HR Advisor, 15-month FTC - Leading Charity - London (Hybrid Working) - Up to £50,000
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a highly respected campaigning charity.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will deliver and oversee high-quality, proactive HR advice and guidance on HR policies and processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing and improving the day-to-day delivery of HR services and administration
2. Coaching and supporting managers in handling performance and conduct issues
3. Providing HR support and advice to the Learning and Development Manager on the annual PDR process
4. Developing, coaching, and supporting line managers through the full recruitment cycle
5. Collaborating with the Head of HR and HR Project Manager to review and update HR policies
6. Identifying key metrics to support operational decisions and strategic HR initiatives
7. Maintaining a focus on diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism initiatives
Candidates should be experienced HR Generalists or Advisors with a background in fast-paced charities or not-for-profit organizations. A solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and the ability to coach and influence line managers are essential. CIPD qualification is preferred.
