Enhanced Compounding in our brand-new, purpose-built facility! We have investing in innovative technology to semi-automate our compounding process. This upgrade increases productivity, reduces strenuous manual labor, and allows us to grow so we can serve more patients.
As a Production Technician, you will manufacture life-saving pharmaceuticals, including antibiotics and chemotherapy. You will support all aspects of cleanroom production, ensuring strict compliance with our Manufacturing License and Quality Systems.
Training & Development- Full Training Provided: No prior pharmaceutical experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, step-by-step training on all equipment, safety protocols, and compounding processes.
- Formal Sign-Off: You will receive full technical sign-off as you master each process, helping you safely build a long-term career in pharmaceuticals.
What We Offer- Starting Salary: £26,436.80 per annum.
- Shift Allowance: £45.35 per week.
- Hours: Mon–Fri rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 and 13:00–21:00).

Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing: Prepare, compound, and inspect pharmaceutical products following SOPs.
- Labelling & Dispensing: Label all products according to exact specifications.
- Cleanroom Operations: Maintain isolator inventory and validate aseptic techniques.
- Sanitisation: Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards.
- Monitoring: Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning.
- Environment: Comfortable working on your feet while wearing specialized cleanroom PPE/gowns.
What You Need (Requirements)- GMP Knowledge: Essential understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (or equivalent hygiene/safety standards from other industries).
- Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Skills: High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Values: A strong sense of compassion, understanding our products go directly to vulnerable patients.
Transferable Backgrounds WelcomeWe welcome applications from individuals with experience in regulated, high-standard environments such as food manufacturing, cosmetics, medical device production, or laboratory environments.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred but Not Essential)- Prior knowledge of aseptic compounding techniques.
- An understanding of cleanroom requirements, behaviors, and activities.
