Central Employment is working with a leading services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Campaign Executive, joining an established in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Digital Marketing Campaign Executive profile:
The candidate will be responsible for reporting and reviewing performance marketing and PPC analytics to support strategic, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and support sales growth, ensuring effective budgeting and alignment with membership growth plans.
* Running and optimising Google Ads campaigns, including search and display.
* Using Google Tag Manager for setting up triggers, tags, and custom conversions.
* Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Collaborating across teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
* Driving email marketing, SEO, website optimisation, and automation efforts.
* Creating targeted content for paid and organic social media campaigns, including ads, carousels, and videos.
* Managing paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, monitoring budgets, ROI, and KPIs.
* Testing and optimising marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition using automations.
* Supporting continuous improvement of acquisition strategies.
Experience required:
* Proven experience in planning and executing high-impact B2B multi-channel digital campaigns with ROI focus.
* Hands-on skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and web content management systems.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and event tracking setup.
* Proficiency in GA4 for data-driven decision making.
* Experience managing LinkedIn paid campaigns, especially lead generation and building audience lists.
* Ability to manage internal relationships across different seniority levels.
* In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
