Service Advisor Required in the Epsom Area!
1. Salary is up to £30,420 per annum + Bonus for delivering good customer service
2. Hours of work are 8.00 – 6.00pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota
We are currently working with a well-established and respected Motor Trade Dealership who have been operating in the United Kingdom over 50 years representing some of the automotive industries most iconic and sought after brands.
They are looking for an experienced and established Service Advisor who has at least 2 years main dealership experience to join their expanding customer service team. What you lack in skills currently you will make up in with attitude and professionalism as our client will consider customer service professionals from other industries. Within this Service Advisor role your typical duties will include:
9. Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
10. Liaison with customers about any additional work required
11. Greeting customers and scheduling services
12. Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
13. Handling customer complaints
14. Responding to customer requests
15. Tracking the vehicle through the workshop
