As an IT Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on experience across various areas of IT, including networking, security, software development, and technical support. In this role, youll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Acting as first point of contact for client issues (support tickets) via email, phone and in person Capturing and recording information required in order to correctly prioritise tickets Resolving technical tickets both at supported schools and remotely Escalate tickets to next line within the SLAs Communicating ticket progress with customer contact Advise and adhere to recommended security guidelines Achieving training goals set by your line manager in your Personal Development Plan Provide on-site assistance to customers within their premises during scheduled visits Update and maintain documentation Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
