Customer Service Advisor- Halifax
Salary: £12.75ph / £24,pa
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We're proud to be partnering with a wellestablished business based in Halifax who are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven customer service and admin experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver excellent customer service to clients
2. Answer calls and emails in a timely manner
3. Create quotes and estimates
4. Update internal systems
5. Update and check compliance documents
6. Work towards team targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
7. Previous experience in a Customer Service or Admin role within an office environment
8. Experience working within facilities management would be an advantage
9. Strong organisational and communication skills
10. High attention to detail and excellent time management
