About the Role
As a Planned Works Project Manager, you'll take ownership of a range of planned maintenance and major repairs projects, working closely with customers, leaseholders and contractors. You'll ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
You will manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, taking the lead on procurement and contract administration, including preparing consultant briefs, managing tender processes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
You will drive customer engagement throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience for everyone involved.
About You
It is essential that you hold a recognised qualification in project management and have demonstrable experience working for a social landlord in the delivery of planned maintenance projects. We are looking for someone with strong project management skills and hands‑on experience delivering planned maintenance within the housing industry or construction sector.
You'll pair this with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to achieving high‑quality outcomes. Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities with ease.
You will understand building construction and technical standards, demonstrate strong contract management skills—including budget reporting and financial oversight—and be comfortable using housing and repairs management information systems.
