The company has been successfully trading for over 60 years and has recently experienced high demands due to thedemandsof the market, thecompany is now looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team on a double-day shift to add support and drive efficiencies within the Maintenance department.
ATA Recruitment is looking to speak with experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineers from the manufacturing sector based in the Northampton area or someoneclose by.
Key accountabilities for the position ofElectrical Maintenance Engineer:
* Maintain electrical components such as panels, sensors, relays, safety circuits, andmotors
* React to breakdowns.
* Planned Preventative Maintenance
* Oversee Maintenance activities, ensuring planned maintenance is applied to all equipment to achieve maximum site efficiency and minimize downtime.
* Maintainingmechanical components such as pneumatics, bearings, belts, pulleys, and gearboxes.
* Electrical and Mechanical fault finding
* PLC fault-finding skills diagnosis & repair of industrial machinery
* Replace and repair electrical components.
Requirements for the position ofElectrical Maintenance Engineer
* An experienced Electrical MaintenanceEngineer,working within an FMCG environment,
* A good understanding of electrical engineering.
* Ahands-on,team Player.
* Qualifications Minimum NVQ level 3, apprenticeship, city, and guilds – electrical
* Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
