We have an exciting opportunity to shape the sales function within a growing IT Support Company based in Cambridge. We're looking for a motivated, proactive Sales Executive to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and support the company growth. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to develop your role — and potentially a future sales team — from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities IT Sales
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across key sectors
* Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and close deals
* Attend networking events and represent the business professionally
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover
* Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and report on performance
* Contribute to sales strategy and marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For IT Sales
* Proven B2B sales or account management experience (in tech/support or services)
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Able to build long-term client relationships and understand market trends
* Self-driven, commercially minded, and eager to make a real impact
* Full UK driving licence required
