Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as On Board Host for East Midlands Trains (EMR) at Sheffield Station. Pay Rate: 12.60 per hour, plus commission.
Hours: Part Time Permanent (16 hours/week)
Shifts: Varied between 6 am and 10.00 pm, including some weekends. We are a premier provider of catering and onboard services to the British Railway Industry. With over 40 service centres nationwide and a workforce of over 1000 employees in the UK alone, we are committed to delivering a First-Class service consistently. No experience required; full training will be provided.
AS AN ON BOARD HOST YOU'LL:
1. Provide 'at seat trolley service' on EMR trains, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing stock, and handling transactions.
2. Travel on assigned trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales targets independently, and meeting contractual goals.
3. Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
