£35,000-£60,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
Uncapped commission plus super-commission opportunities

The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your desk, build long-term client partnerships, and drive growth within your chosen specialism - Primary, SEN, or Secondary. You'll be supported by established leadership, strong infrastructure, and a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment
Strong market knowledge and commercial awareness
Proven billing success and consistent performance
High resilience, strong work ethic, and ambition to progress
Values-driven approach with a commitment to outstanding service
