Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Excellent opportunity to join a respected, highly performing construction consultancy located in central Birmingham. The consultancy delivers landmark schemes in the city centre, including high-value and complex projects. Key Responsibilities
* Support the Quantity Surveying team in cost planning, cost control and procurement activities for large-scale construction projects.
* Assist with preparing cost estimates, budgets and cost monitoring reports.
* Participate in project meetings and provide cost‑related input.
* Contribute to the development of new client proposals and support business development efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
* Recent graduate with a good degree in Quantity Surveying, ideally an RICS accredited course.
* At least 1–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
* Full UK driving licence and resident within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre.
* Ambitious, driven and eager to progress professionally.
