Job Advert: Solicitor (0–4 Years PQE) – Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Solicitor (0–4 years PQE) to join our Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.
This is a real opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone in the early stages of their legal career, hungry to gain skills and experience, to work within an experienced and supportive team on a wide variety of commercial disputes, including insolvency related matters.
You’ll gain hands-on experience and exposure to a broad client base, ranging from SMEs to insolvency practitioners and other individuals, across various industries.
You’ll principally work closely with our commercial litigation and dispute resolution director, Michael Hankinson. Michael has 15+ years of experience of varied commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Conducting legal research, preparing pleadings, and drafting legal documents.
• Representing clients in court, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Advising clients.
• Working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality legal services.
What We’re Looking For:
• 0–4 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution (experience during traineeship will be considered).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A practical and commercial approach to client service.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of cases.
