Job Description
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the SLT, the role is built around three core pillars:
Robust reporting and insight: Owning the integrity, cadence and clarity of management reporting, ensuring leaders have trusted, decision‑ready information.Senior leadership partnering: Acting as a true commercial partner to the SLT, translating financial insight into action and constructively shaping decisions.Technology, systems and automation: Serving as the finance lead, conduit and gatekeeper for systems adoption, automation and group‑wide transformation, ensuring technology is fit for purpose and fully adopted.
