* Experience in a busy Restaurant environment, ideally in a branded restaurant.
* Open to considering a strong Supervisor/ Duty Manager, or someone who has already worked at AM level.
* Base salary of £29,600
* 40 hours per week.
* Daytime hours only.
* 7:45am start when on the early shift.
* 6pm finish when on the late shift.
* Straight shifts only.
* Position available due to internal promotion.
* Usually only required to work alternative/ every other weekend!
