Job Description
3. Prepare accurate management accounts, ensuring timely reporting and analysis.
4. Analyse financial data to support decision-making processes within the organisation.
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the FMCG sector.
6. Support internal stakeholders with financial insights and recommendations.
7. Set up and maintain supplier records, resolve queries, prepare and run supplier payments
8. Maintain customer records, support credit control and query resolution
9. Daily & Weekly Bank Reconciliations
10. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
11. Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial performance.
12. Manage and reconcile balance sheets and profit and loss accounts.
13. Contribute to process improvements within the Accounting & Finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
14. A strong background in Accounting & Finance - ideally in an assistant Management Accountant role
15. Relevant professional qualifications or working towards completion (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
16. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
17. Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
18. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
