Job Description
 3. Process and record financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
 4. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
 5. Assist with preparing financial reports and documentation for internal use.
 6. Support the team with invoice processing and supplier payments.
 7. Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
 8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
 9. Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
 10. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
 11. Experience in a similar role.
 12. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
 13. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
 14. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
 15. Good communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.
