Role Description
The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the Aldershot dealership, ensuring the achievement of sales, service, and financial targets. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the dealership team, driving business performance, managing budgets, fostering customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with brand and operational standards. The General Manager will also develop and implement business strategies to enhance market presence and profitability. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aldershot.
Qualifications
* Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce
* Experience in business planning, financial oversight, and performance analysis
* Strong customer relationship management skills and proven ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
* Proficiency in operational processes and compliance with brand standards in the automotive sector
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
* Background in automotive retail with experience working with franchised dealerships is highly advantageous
* Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor insights in the automotive industry
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
