Qualifications
* Experience: Proven background in L&D within high‑performance sectors such as tech, engineering, aerospace, automotive.
* Design Skills: Expertise in creating engaging digital and face‑to‑face learning experiences.
* Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage complex relationships and programs, ensuring inclusivity and scalability.
* Data‑Driven Mindset: Experience in learning analytics and measuring impact to drive continuous improvement.
* Communication Skills: Excellent facilitation, influencing, and collaboration abilities.
* Experience in technical or engineering environments.
* Coaching qualifications or psychometric accreditations (e.g., MBTI, Hogan).
* A curious, innovative mindset with a passion for people development.
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced setting.
