You are a commercial surveyor working in valuation or agency with strong interpersonal skills and an affinity with figures. You have the personality and ambition to succeed in a privately owned and successful property company, and the confidence to actively engage with their stakeholders .

This role is focused on acquiring and managing assets for the Investment Team. The Investment Team has an ambitious three-year business plan to grow the business, increasing assets under management and you will be an integral part of this growth. You will need strong valuation and numeracy skills to help identify and analyse new opportunities which have the prospect to deliver superior returns.
You will assist with the acquisition of new projects and executing the business plan. The assets will be commercial and primarily in the Industrial and Office sector. Current examples projects include;
Bedford – 165 acre existing business park with multiple opportunities to add value including tenant re-gears, building refurbishments and large scale open storage solutions.
Cambridge – 28,000 sq. ft warehouse that required full refurbishment including strip back to frame. Let to new tenant.
Peterborough – 13-acre multi-let industrial and open storage park. Multiple development phases including full refurbishment of vacant 8,000 sq. ft building, new estate road and open storage plots, potential for new build development of circa 50,000 sq. ft.
