Prospero is looking for a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic teaching assistant to support day-to-day, short-term and long-term positions for schools across Hereford and its surrounding areas. Previous experience working with children is preferred. Candidates must be proactive and attentive within this role and be able to take initiative. Roles can vary depending on school demands. Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day, short-term and long-term positions for schools across Hereford and surrounding areas.
* Follow school policies and instructions from teaching staff.
* Be proactive, attentive and able to take initiative in a classroom environment.
* Adapt to varying roles depending on school needs.

Candidate Requirements
* Hold a current DBS or be willing to process one
* EWC Registration
* Friendly individual with a passion for assisting others
* Able to follow instructions and communicate information
* Previous experience in childcare and ALN preferred

* Location: Various locations across Hereford
* Position: Teaching Assistant
* Type of work: Supply Teacher – day to day and long-term cover in various schools
* Start date: ASAP
* Duration: Day-to-day bookings, with potential extension depending on schools
* End date: N/A
* Contract type: Temporary
* Full-time/Part-time: Part-time and full-time depending on schools’ needs
* Minimum rate of pay: GBP95 (6.5 hour day)
* Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (full day), or half day (am or pm)
