Location: Hook
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:00, Friday 08:00–15:00
Contract: 7th January - 31st January
We are looking for a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house and administrative support at our site in Hook. This role is ideal for someone organised, confident, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors
Answer and manage telephone calls/switchboard
Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages
Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes
Manage boardroom schedules and equipment
Provide general administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, and preparing mailSkills & Experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Well organised with a high level of confidentiality
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High school diploma or equivalent required
2–4 years’ previous experience in a similar role
