The Incentives for this Company
* 26k base with an increase to 30k within 6 months
* Base + commission 40% commission structure with no threshold

The Role
* Full 360 BD consultant
* Sourcing both clients and candidates, matching them up to the correct profiles and introducing them
* Organising interviews and guiding them through the interview questions
* Consult the candidate and client on the market and the current trends
* Make a successful placement and negotiate the deal

* Degree educated with a 2:2 or above
* Sales experience
* Incredibly driven and motivated
* Good conversationalist
* Charismatic
* Financially driven
