Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor – LTD Company Status (outside IR35)
The role will be treated as long term and permanent. If LTD Co a professional services contract will be offered.
A Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor is needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on 2‑3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £2m‑£6m.
Should be self‑sufficient and able to manage workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based, office and home working.
