Overview
The job involves working within the administration team that supports Community Midwifery at UHBW in a clerical capacity. The role is essential to improving communication between the hospital and community setting to ensure that all pregnant people accessing our service receive a responsive and effective service.
Responsibilities
* Work within a team to provide clerical support to community midwifery and the community midwifery matron
* Take calls from and communicate with pregnant people, providing administrative support and forwarding pregnancy concerns on to their named midwives

Person Specification
* Essential: Knowledge and Experience – Recent experience in administration or office setting; Information processing; Basic knowledge of procurement using an IT system
* Desirable: Recent experience in customer facing environment
