We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join the DHL operation in Welham Green.
Guaranteed shifts, 5 days a week
Enhanced weekened pay - £28.27 p/h for ALL HOURS WORKED!

Shift Patterns
Friday to Tuesday OR Thursday to Monday
Other patterns may be considered, provided at least one weekend shift is covered
Pay Rates
Day Shifts
Basic: £21.40 per hour
Overtime: £28.89 per hour
Weekend Rate (all hours Saturday and Sunday): £28.27 per hour
Bank Holidays: £64.20 per hour
Plus holiday pay
Night Shifts
Basic: £25.32 per hour
Overtime: £34.18 per hour
Weekend Rate (all hours Saturday and Sunday): £28.27 per hour
Bank Holidays: £64.20 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Operate Class 1 vehicles in a safe and professional manner
Complete deliveries and collections within scheduled timescales
Conduct pre- and post-vehicle inspections in line with company procedures
Accurately maintain delivery records, logs, and related documentation
Adhere to all traffic legislation, safety standards, and company policies
Load and unload goods using roller cages where required
Requirements
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, held for at least 1 year
Minimum of 12 months Class 1 driving experience
CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
Good working knowledge of Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and transport regulations
