About the Role
Our client, one of the UK's largest and most progressive leisure operators, is recruiting for a Sales Membership Manager at their new state-of-the-art Leisure Centre in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. You will lead a busy team, actively driving membership growth and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
1. Support Membership Advisors to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Set and monitor KPIs and targets.
3. Lead and motivate the team to achieve membership growth, ensuring everyone becomes a member.
4. Develop high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
5. Maintain accurate administration and systems compliance.
