With a global presence, we're looking for a talented Photographer to join our in-house global creative team of 9. You'll have experience in styling, concepting, and retouching for both product and model photography, with a strong understanding of luxury visual aesthetics in the premium skincare space. Why you cannot miss this opportunity Reporting to our Head of Creative and working closely with our brand team, you'll be primarily responsible for leading and managing all evergreen brand photography. This includes developing and executing visually stunning imagery that embodies Medik8's premium and sophisticated brand identity. You'll also play a key role in supporting and guiding agencies on global campaigns, ensuring external photography style aligns seamlessly with our brand aesthetic. From campaign visuals to e-commerce imagery, you'll have a keen eye for producing high-quality, elevated, and on-brand photography that resonates with a discerning audience. You'll collaborate with our Head of Creative to bring the global vision to life through world-class assets that truly elevate our products and engage our audience. In more detail your role will include: Leading, developing and managing all evergreen brand photography, ensuring consistency, high quality, and a distinct luxury aesthetic across all channels. Developing and maintaining the visual language for premium skincare photography, including understanding key cues for lighting, composition, and styling. Supporting and guiding external agencies on global campaign photoshoots, providing clear direction and brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive image. Creating engaging photographic content both in-house and on location/shoots/events to support the global marketing calendar and always-on content. Working closely with the Head of Creative and Brand Team to ideate and deliver in-house campaign photography for use across web and in-store environments. Applying creative flair to help bring the global vision to life. Capturing still life product photography as well as some model photography, utilising our in-house photo studio and editing facilities, with an emphasis on high-end, refined imagery. Assisting with the management of the in-house photo studio – ensuring all equipment is carefully maintained, appropriately labeled, and stored, and the studio is kept tidy. Maintaining close liaison with our in-house Global Videographer to ensure content is optimised and consistent between still and moving images. Collaborating across multiple departments and teams to deliver company-wide needs efficiently and effectively. Maintaining a close eye for detail and an organised approach to file management and deadlines. Responsible for both retouching in house and management of external freelance retouching support. We would love to hear from you if you Have 2 years experience in-house or freelance with excellent attention to detail. Have a deep understanding of the luxury market and premium skincare aesthetics, with a portfolio that showcases this expertise. Have previous experience working in Beauty, High-End Fashion, or Personal Care. Experience in the luxury sector is a plus. Are self-starting, flexible, collaborative, and have a positive outlook. Have a strong knowledge of photography, retouching, and lighting techniques, with particular expertise in creating premium and sophisticated imagery. Are an experienced user of CaptureOne, Photoshop, and Helicon Focus.
