A Top 200 UK law firm, consistently recognised for its excellence in private client and property work, is seeking a Residential Real Estate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Residential Real Estate team based in St Albans.
The firm is known for acting for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, UK and international investors on complex and high-value residential property matters across London and the Home Counties.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to work on premium residential property matters of genuine quality and complexity, including:
* Managing a full residential real estate caseload from instruction through to completion
* Acting for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants on freehold and leasehold transactions
* Advising on high-value London and country properties, development sites and investment portfolios
* Handling complex matters including licences for alterations, deeds of variation, overage, options, wayleaves, lease extensions, refinancing and transfers of equity
* Working closely with high-net-worth individuals and overseas investors, including time-critical and multi-party transactions
The team is regularly instructed on significant and complex matters, including recent transactions such as a £5.4m Central London purchase and sophisticated lease extension work involving third-party lenders under tight timescales.
