Purpose: This role is primarily responsible for the maintenance of the batch review and release programme, and for the monitoring, trending and reporting of quality data. This role is also responsible for ensuring compliance with document control procedures and records management processes for the site. This role must ensure that relevant documentation in the form of procedures and specifications are followed to guarantee compliance with Global Medical Device Standards and Regulations. As a Quality Systems Analyst, you will: Be responsible for batch release and associated document control activities. Work closely with Value Stream Team and planning to ensure the delivery of complete, accurate and on time batch records. Be responsible for championing delivery of GDocP reduction and reporting GDocP trends monthly. Be responsible for conducting Quality System monitoring, trending, and reporting as assigned by line manager. Be responsible for the control of the site archive and batch archiving and scanning. Be responsible for the maintenance of the hardcopy version of Quality System documentation and for issuing controlled documents to operations.
